Here at Ice Systems, we pride ourselves on responding quickly to your needs. We aim to deliver and set up an ice machine within 5-7 working days, preventing any delays to your operations. If your new machine is going to take some time to build, we will loan you a machine according to your required specification whilst we build one from new.

Installation and training

Our chip and flake ice installation takes the stress out of your hands. From a simple plug and play unit with one of our tote or dolav support frames, to a full install with remote mounted condenser and upgrades to the latest refrigerants, our fully trained engineers will carefully install your new equipment and ensure it is fully operational and ready for use. As part of our excellent aftersales service, they’ll also ensure that you know exactly how to operate it and who to speak to if you require further support.
