Our annual service agreements make it simple to keep your flake or chip ice machine in optimal working condition, whilst our fixed prices mean you know exactly what it is going to cost. We are proactive when it comes to reminding you about approaching service dates too, so that’s one less thing for you to remember.
If you have one of our service contracts, or are renting one of our ice machines, you will have access to 24/7 telephone support with one of our experienced engineers whilst your machine is under warranty. Our on-call engineers will talk through any issues and are usually able to resolve them over the phone. If this is not possible, one of our field-based service engineers will be with you the next working day.
All of our new Ice Systems industrial ice machines come with a 24 month warranty. If a machine component fails, our warranty covers parts and labour. Should you ever need replacement parts, such as water filters to repair your ice machine, all of our spares are available for next day delivery.
