Why Refurbished?

Here at Ice Systems, we refurbish ex-rental ice machines following the end of a five to seven year hire contract. Following a rental, each ice machine undergoes a thorough factory refurbishment to restore it to as close to new working condition as possible. Every machine is fully stripped, re-built and serviced before being re-sold with a twelve month warranty – the same quality aftersales package as our new machines.

How Do You Ensure Machine Quality?

Following a rental, we have a rigorous refurb process in place to ensure that all machines are as close to new condition as possible. Firstly, we clean the machine down in order to review and assess the current condition before stripping the machine down to determine which components need to be upgraded to meet current Ice Systems specifications. We then ensure that the machine is running and in good working order before it goes out to the customer. We pride ourselves on maintaining only the highest standards here at Ice Systems.
